Halvor and his family spent most of 2014-2015 in Ottawa due to his dad’s work commitments. During this time, Halvor joined the advanced group at the GTTA and practiced 3 times a week. He became part of our group but once his Dad’s contractual obligations were up in June 2015, Halvor had to return to his home country of Norway.
It was a great pleasure to see Halvor return to Ottawa in Feb 2017, taller, stronger and with more spin đ
Although his family only spent one week visiting Ottawa, table tennis was a must to do activity during Halvor’s vacation just as it is to skate on the Rideau Canal or to do cross country skiing in the Gatineau Park.
